Montgomery County, Maryland released their Climate Action Plan in the Summer of 2021 with the goal to reduce community-wide greenhouse gas emissions by 80 percent by 2027 and reach zero emissions by 2035. We sat down with Adriana Hochberg, the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer for Montgomery County at the time, to learn more.
