Bethesda Green and the Kensington Mews Homeowners Association are seeking price proposals from landscape architecture firms to restore a shared communal space, centrally located in the Kensington Mews Community. The final project design will include topography, utilize best stormwater management practices, as well as native plant species.
For this project we are seeking both Engineering and Design/Analysis expertise. The RFP for engineering plans can be viewed here. The RFP for conceptual design can be viewed here.
