Universal Schedule is developing SmartPrices™️ a game changing financial technology infrastructure platform to bring together consumers, small business retailers, manufacturers, and subsidizers. With SmartPrices, we can generate value for consumer data that advertisers, marketers, and manufacturers will pay for, and the customer will earn part of those payments.
Our technology will smartly deploy financial incentives that encourage more beneficial outcomes. Additionally, SmartPrices can be deployed in ways to stabilize food prices as a new tool to address food insecurity and food deserts by generating value for stakeholders, incentives for businesses, and direct price credits for consumers.
To commercialize this technology, Universal Schedule is developing LocalCart, an integrative e-commerce platform that gives customers a better way to “buy local.” LocalCart is born from the unique cultures, businesses, producers, and histories of the National Capital Region. With one cart, people purchase locally-produced food and goods from multiple businesses to nourish and sustain local economies. The goal is to leverage economies of scale and our marketing innovations to put price competitiveness back in the hands of local businesses, restaurants, and producers.
