Team Bios
Mr. Michael Herod is the Founder and CEO of GOEFER, Inc. He has been an executive in sustainable leadership providing strategic and operational guidance and insight that continues to lower the environmental impact, increase employee morale and production, and increase profits. During his career, Michael has spearheaded and implemented programs specific to third-party certification, resource consumption, sustainable purchasing, waste reduction, energy enhancement, and employee stakeholder engagement. His efforts have led to multimillion-dollar operational savings, increased market share, and greater employee engagement and productivity. Decades of experience have taught him to approach every business situation through the lens of sustainability. He is a proud US Army Veteran serving 10 years and two war deployments.
