The price of nitrogen fertilizer has been skyrocketing. After a 50% increase last year, and further increases of 250% or more this year due to the on-going geopolitical crisis in Europe, farmers all over the world are desperate to reduce their dependence on chemical fertilizers. TrueAlgae offers an organic solution to help address this urgent global problem. TrueSolum, TrueAlgae’s algae metabolite product, signals soil microbes to grow, including the nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azospirillum, increasing its presence by as much as 200%. By increasing the population and diversity of the microbes in the soil, nutrients can be used more efficiently, decreasing the need for chemical intervention. This is nature helping nature! Bethesda Green is proud to host an investor-only session for TrueAlgae at 3 pm ET on Monday April 4. TrueAlgae will share more exciting news and new developments.

The electronics display industry is approaching a crisis: by 2040, mines will run out of the majority of must-have elements for production. These old school displays are also harmful for our eyes, and they are mostly non-recyclable. As a result, the display industry is switching to organic light emitting diode (OLED) technology, which enables manufacturers to avoid using scarce elements, opens the door for recycling and is safe for our eyes. Yet modern ways of assembling OLEDs make it a very time consuming and costly process, which sparked efforts in the 1980s to simplify the complicated design, reducing a 20-layer product into only 3 layers. But despite the fact that manufacturing equipment is capable of rapidly producing this 3-layer design, access to the materials needed for production continue to prove difficult, holding back widespread OLED adoption.
Margik has solved this problem. Margik’s novel multifunctional organic materials enable manufacturers to produce OLEDs 90% faster, improves device performance by 15%, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions of production by 30%. Margik is not just another chemical company, we are standing at the forefront of the electronics revolution to become sustainable.
Accredited investors are invited to join us on Thursday, April 7th at 1pm ET to learn more.
