Maryland Energy Administration: The Maryland Energy Administration promotes affordable, reliable, clean energy programs and policies, and provides information and resources for residents and businesses.

Energy Star: A joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helps us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.

Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection Financial Incentives: Viewers are provided with a list of incentives and tax credits available for residents and small businesses in Montgomery County.

emPower Maryland Low Income Energy Efficiency Program: Helps low income households with installation of energy conservation materials in their homes free of charge.

Residential Clean Energy Grant Program: Formerly the Maryland Solar Energy Grant Program, this state-run incentive program helps homeowners invest in clean energy by providing grants for solar voltaic systems, solar water heaters, geothermal heating and cooling, and wind turbine systems.

Maryland Energy Administration – Residential: The Maryland Energy Administration’s goal is to help residents save money and energy through incentives, energy efficiency projects, and access to information and resources.

Maryland Energy Administration – Business: The Maryland Energy Administration coordinates with industrial projects, farms, and small businesses throughout the state to recommend energy saving practices and identify affordable ways businesses can install renewable energy systems. The page includes links to incentives and further information and resources.

BGE Limited Income Energy Efficiency Program: Income-qualified homeowners are provided with a variety of energy saving services, and quality home improvements at no additional cost.

BGE Peak Rewards – Programmable Thermostat: Get a free programmable thermostat installed and an incentive for allowing BGE to cycle your air conditioner.

BGE Smart Energy Savers Program: Heating & Cooling: Rebates offer up to $1,150 on duct sealing, new equipment, and HVAC tune-ups for single-family homes.

Pepco Quick Home Energy Checkup: Get your quick home energy checkup for free when you allow the Pepco qualified surveyor to install your choice of five energy-saving products, also for free.

Pepco Appliance Rebates: Get rebates between $25 and $300 on new ENERGY STAR qualified refrigerators, room air conditioners, and water heaters.

Potomac Edison Quick Home Energy Checkup: Potomac Edison quick home energy checkups are designed to help customers make simple, energy-efficient changes to their homes at no additional cost.

Potomac Edison Residential HVAC Program: Customers can get their HVAC tuned up for $100, or get up to $500 for installing an energy-efficient HVAC system.
