Join Master-Metered Condos

Bethesda Green organized a group of condominium owners in 2011 to build a coalition of master-metered multi-family associations to:

  • Collect and share best practices for conserving utility usage (water, sewer, electricity, gas, oil)
  • Learn about energy efficiency and renewable energy and their use in multi-family communities
  • Advocate for equity in public policy (government, quasi-government, utilities) with respect to services, programs and taxation
The group meets first Monday of the month at 4 pm at Bethesda Green to learn from each other (share experiences, information, problems), hear presentation from service providers and issue experts, and gather information about advocating to government, quasi-government and utilities on behalf of master metered communities. Please check the calendar for this month’s agenda.
