BETHESDA GREEN PROGRAMS

Each year Bethesda Green launches new programs to make Bethesda a more sustainable community. This year we introduced Green Restaurant Program to help restaurants in downtown Bethesda green their business practices. We also continue to build on successful programs such as installing and maintaining recycling bins in downtown Bethesda, advancing local food and agriculture, promoting energy efficiency at home and in the commercial sector, and more. For more information, click on our current initiatives:

GOT OTHER GREEN INITIATIVES IN MIND FOR BETHESDA?

Please contact Bethesda Green at info@bethesdagreen.org. Some of our best programs and events have come from individual community members who had a great idea but needed some help getting that idea to the next step – we would love to hear from you!
